yaksh I am working abroad on a 5 year work visa, so I don't have an address in India. So when I apply for new passport how will the address verification happen? Can I give my parents' address ? Has anyone ever applied for re-issue of passport requesting for gender change while residing out of India ?
Realneilbruce yaksh Yeah, you can give your parent's address, but during verification, they will usually want you there in person, try contacting the embassy and see if they can process it from there
