Mayadm I was born in Kuwait. They said I need to change my birth certificate. I don't know where to go.
Realneilbruce Mayadm Are you a Indian Citizen ? if yes Birth Certificate need not be changed as the birth certificate is in a foreign country hence documents which are from India are sufficient to change i.e. Aadhar card, voter id, DL, PAN Card, etc
