I'm sure everyone here must be aware of https://www.reddit.com/r/transtimelines/ or https://www.reddit.com/r/transpassing/
r/transtimelines is used to share transition timelines. This helps me a lot, inspires me to stay strong and it helps me remember it's never too late.
r/transpasing is used to share your recent pics, ask suggestion about what changes are needed or just asking for feedback. This might come in handy to share our ideas to look better.

My point is : Is it possible to have similar thing on this platform. Surely the admins should consider making changes to safeguard our identities to prevent our photos from getting leaked out on web.
These forums already exist but there's very few indians out there and our beauty standards are a bit different than them.

I would appreciate if everyone chip in their views on what they think about this.

nikita I like your Idea and I wish TI Admins can do something about it. I agree that are beauty standards are different from them and we can have our own platform. What do you think about prevention? Any Ideas guys??

nikita We truly appreciate your ideas for Transgender India and thank you for sharing it with us. We went through both the links that you had posted in your thread, What we see as a challenge even with these sites & you too already mentioned it, is the privacy issue. These pictures are open to public or any person who is registered to the site, in such a scenario we are not sure how well protected will our users be. And this can also have very serious consequences in the context of current Indian Society. We agree this feature that can help the trans community tremendously and are totally alongside with you on that. May be this can be a feature we can include in future when we are better equipped to handle it.

nikita Even I search for transition timelines of people of Indian ethnicity for inspiration but it seems there aren't many Indians posting them. Being openly transgender and transitioning is not accepted in most parts of the country. Probably that's why many people who don't have support of the family and have got the resources and courage leave the country for transitioning. As for the beauty standards I won't say beauty doesn't matter but it is very subjective. It's more how you feel about your looks than how others perceive you. But as you know the Indian public is quite harsh and quick to judge even a bio woman's look or how she carries herself.
