Hey, i started my college this year, and i wanna start the process of changing my name and gender in aadhar, marksheet and even in college, so, i wanted to know what's the process and whom should i contact for it. For aadhaar i know tg card would be enough, but for marksheet i wanna know where to go and talk for it and how to start the process at all, and in college how can i change my name and also gender just after i have joined the college and is it really gonna be pssible and can vice chancellor do the changes or give permission or i will have to ask for ermission to someone else
