I don't have anyone to recommend nor am I from Kolkata, but it's good you decided to get in touch with a psychiatrist considering you are already married and have children. I'm assuming your spouse knows that you are a CD? It would needlessly complicate things if they don't and you express the doubt without proper psychiatric evaluation.
An Important thing I want to address is, being a trans-woman has nothing to do with wanting to "dress up" or showing it off. The euphoria you get from dressing up is typical of a CD and sometimes someone in the gender non-conforming spectrum and no way an indication you are a trans-woman. However, there are trans-women with manageable dysphoria who settle with cross-dressing to manage their dysphoria instead of transitioning, and later in life when dysphoria becomes worse, they transition. That said, some people are just CDs and not trans-women.
I say this because we are not biologically or genetically programmed to like certain clothes based on gender, that's a social construct. Yes, we could have a preference for some colors or styles, but most purely trans-binary trans-women get nothing much out of dressing up other than it being freedom of expression that comes with their identifying gender. We don't need to dress up or show it off to others, we transition for ourselves because the alternative is too unbearable.
Well, good luck with your discovery/actualization.
