Want to give an update on this thread. It's been a long time, I'm still here, but I'm a different person now. I'm stronger, confident and ever more independent. I have joined an MNC as a full time employee at 19 yrs old, and now I'm 20, and 2 years into my career. People respect me, love me and see me as a women. I am treated well by my colleagues and I have also found a great community of friends who are forward thinking and supportive. I started my hormone therapy at 19 and have never stopped since. Last year and this year has been one of the most productive and happiest years of my life. I am literally chugging through my career, reading lots of books, building my own personal brand, and giving technical talks from time to time. I have started and managed tech communities and have built a strong network of highly skilled individuals in the industry. I have left my parents house and now I'm living in a gated community apartment, most people don't really care and people respect my gender / pronouns most of the time. Renting a room means I have learnt to cook, do makeup, wear different kinds of clothes and also current I am practicing voice training! I am so glad to be part of this community and would like to thank @neysara & @orange for building such an amazing place. I have been on this website regularly during my early days when I was still figuring out (this thread exactly) and I'm glad to have met lots of people along the way who have helped me one way or the other and I'm really thankful for everyone of them!
On to my next goals in life, I am saving money for my surgery and would like to eventually move out of India permanently where I want to start my own business and improve my skills on various hobbies.
