Caused hair loss for me but was temporary. Like, a week or two. Stabilized since then.
Happened again 3 months later (aka now) when I had to delay my blocker shot due to CVT concerns.

Also hairfall boosts in the months of April may September and October. So maybe it's just the weather and nothing HRT related.

Just an update.... I am taking diane 35 and progynova 1 mg since 2.5 months now..... And my testosterone level dropped from 3.34 to 0.4 ng/mL.
May I know is this a good thing?

Ruhanika I believe your T is verly low,
My endo mentioned having 5 to 15 ng/dl is better. Do bring this up in your next endo consultation. How much is your E2 now?
Have you checked that as well.

Hasini no... Hasn't got my estrogen levels checked this time... Endo hasn't suggested. Cis men have testosterone level between 2.4 to 8 ng/ml. And cis woman have it in the same range as I got in tests. Is it too low really??

Ruhanika ng/dl is different than ng/ml; as long as it is below 50 ng/dl or .5ng/ml you should be ok. although best to check it with endo

Ruhanika you have 4ng/dl of T. Which is still low though. You might need to stop taking diane 35 for a while.
From basic Google search:
Normal test results show total testosterone levels of: 270 to 1,070 ng/dL for men (depending on age) 15 to 70 ng/dL for women.

meera12 Meera... My endocrinologist prescribed me these medicines. I am not taking them by my own. Neither would I ever suggest u to take these without prescription. First you visit a trans friendly psycologist Or psychiatrist. They will councel you for gender dysphoria and eventually give you a certificate that says you are born with gender dysphoria and can go for hormonal replacement therapy. With that certificate, visit a good trans friendly endocrinologist who will give you hormones after some body tests. That's the ideal process. Hope this helps u.

meera12 actually u r from hyderabad and I am from delhi. I have zero knowledge about ur place. So I am not the best person u guide u about doctors. My transition process is going on at AIIMS Delhi.

So i visited my endo today. He said 0.437 ng/ml testosterone is already in the female range and i dont have to worry about it. Also... He continued with my earlier dosage of 1 mg progynova and diane 35 for next 3 months.

Future_princess yeah dr. Rajiv sharma is well known doctor amongst trans community. But also he will charge u a good amount like 2500 per session. So be prepared.
