Hasini actually my endo doesn't prescribe me estrogen level tests bcz he says estrogen level is monitored with the dosage that he prescribe (progynova), so we don't need to record them everytime. Only he cares about is my testosterone level.

Ruhanika it's important to check your E levels, Even my endo asks for E test every 3 months. It' recommended to have E2 levels 80 pg/ml and above for better changes. Can you cross check with your friends?

Ruhanika Hmm. Not to be judging you or anything. Everyone responds differently to medicines. But I was also on Diane and progynova for a long time. And I had liver issues because of Diane. This medicine is banned in multiple countries due to the health risks and some deaths that occurred due to it. So I would like to suggest that try for some other anti androgen medicine. Lupron is probably the safest just a bit costly. Also please try to check your estrogen levels in the next test because that's really important. You might not get adequate feminisation if your E levels are low.

nobleweather yes I agree. Diane isnt the best choice. I was prescribed lupride depot injections in the beginning, which I was too afraid of syringes, so I asked by endo to put me on pills. But one thing I am doubtful about....if diane effects liver, how are my blood tests always fine? Does that mean I am safe till now?
