I am sure there are many trans folks here who have done penile inversion vaginoplasty, or considering doing that.
Considering the risks and cuts in sigmoid and peritoneal, I have started reconsidering penile inversion vaginoplasty, which is considered the safest.
Yeah I know it has max 3-4 inches depth. Other than that, can you plz let me know why shouldn't I consider this vaginoplasty? I mean i want to know about sensation, lubrication, self cleaning, and comfort during intercourse. Can someone plz share their experience?
