Nah, not the same but they overlap.
Kinner technically refers to a cultural/social category that doesn't directly map to western models of gender, but people tend to lump in anything they perceive as gender nonconforming into this category in India.
Kinner people aren't all intersex though. That's also a misconception.
It's largely trans women, intersex folks, and amab gender nonconforming people if I have to describe it. Afaik I've never really seem trans masc people be part of this group.
Basically, you aren't kinner unless you say you are.
