Companies with Diversity and Inclusion policies

I was thinking of making a some sort of database/list of companies that genuinely support Diversity and Inclusivity when it comes to trans individuals. I know organizations like Periferry, Pride Circle, etc have ties with such companies and it is easier for going via them. Still it would be good to know for experienced individuals who might want to switch.

I understand that some companies may only have it in name or even if they have a good culture, things might differ from team to team.

Please let me know it this sounds like a good idea or not?

So what all can be included? Thought of this because most of the popular review sites(Glass door, indeed, etc) don't have a criteria for DnI. I do not intend to be bigoted but the experience of most cis individuals is vastly different from trans ones. This though was triggered when a friend of mine switched to a different company and she suggested that I should also try applying there. I did some quick search but was unable to confirm how trans friendly the company is, also all the results were for their US based offices. So suggestions invited on how to do this?

That's an amazing idea,

The support for diversity and inclusivity can vary within a company and may depend on the specific location or team

But,we could start by listing companies based on their initiatives taken at large
Like Policies and programs implemented by them

OldGate I only have my singular company experience. Not sure if Google sheets is reliable enough for this. Since I want people to add info but also not be able to freely edit information. Will look into it in the coming days.
