I mentioned the updated name, change of gender to F since i have gone thru medical intervention (ie hormones). You dont have to mention your form of medical intervention but you have to show some proof. We submitted a letter from the hospital i get my hormones from. We also mentioned aadhar number and current passport number. Date of birth

I submit that she belongs to Transgender Community. (this was an important line we missed in our first affidavit)
The process is completely online though some montessori teachers will come to your house for verification and are often confused so be prepared to educate them. It also helps to be dressed in a typically indian woman type dress to avoid confusion. (ik it sucks for some people but like its just for some time who cares)
After getting your TgID, you can update aadhar gender to F and name. After you update aadhar and pan, then u can update everything else. Only passport some were able to get F after the TG2020 but some werent (i wasnt lucky here i got the T mark)
