So it's been 5 months since I had my FFS and thought of sharing my experience.
Consultation and booking: I consulted Dr.Kaushik at olmec(he consults online too) and talked for an hour. I had so many questions about the surgery and he was very polite in explaining every little detail. I have already seen his results from their website so I made the decision to go with the surgery right away.
Payment: They had just 2 weeks waiting time for booking FFS and paid 50k to book the surgery date. Rest of the payment was done 2 days prior to the surgery
Cost:
Forehead Feminization--- INR 1, 91,000/- (includes lowering of hair line and brow lift and small session of Hair Transplant for instant camouflage of the scar).
Nose Reshaping: INR 126000/-
Cheek Implant(malar): INR 151000/-
Chin Feminization (shaving with Implant): INR 151000/-
Chin Shaving: (without implant)- INR 91000/-
V- Shaping soft tissue correction:
Jaw line correction- 41000 /- INR
Non-Surgical Jaw angle correction- 43000/- INR
Buccal fat pad removal- 41000/- INR
V-Line Surgery (bony shaving -mandibular body/jaw line and mandibular angle)- 151000/-(If a small chin implant is required, recommended for better central feminine projection, additional cost is Rs.30000)
Tracheal Shave: INR 56000/-
Voice Feminization: INR 76000/-
(Tracheal shave done with Voice Feminization(Recommended)—122000/-)
Dimple Creation: For One side-INR 36000. Both sides- INR 47000

I had following procedures

Hospital stay: FFS charges included one day stay in economy room (4 bedded), Rs 3000 per day for double sharing room and Rs 4000 for private room. I stayed in private room for 7 days. The room had all essential facilities but the privacy was always a concern, there were times when random people barged into my room.
Postop care: Dr.Kaushik visted me once every day in the morning to check my recovery and adjusted the meds.I was not allowed to get out of the bed for 3 days and had the catheter removed after 3rd day. The nurses were very polite and kept me motivated the wholetime. They even sang happy songs to cheer me up.
Follow up: I have asked to come for review every 15 days and he redid the dressing each time and made the bandages smaller. It was little awkward to go out with half my of face covered.
Diet: I was on liquid diet for 3 weeks post surgery and then cleared for soft foods. Chewing was uncomfortable till 8 weeks mark.
Scars: The scar on my forehead is pretty much faded but the one on my throat is not healed yet. He did middle incision for orchi so the scar on there won't be a problem during my GRS
Results: I'm happy with overall results except my nose is still swollen and the nostrils looks uneven. Dr told me it would take 9 months to see the final results so I'm hoping it will get better.
Conclusion: The cost of FFS with Dr.Kaushik is somewhat high compared to the other surgeons I consulted(Within India) but I went with him mainly for his experience in plastic surgery. I would highly recommend him for FFS if you can afford the cost.
